Martha Stewart’s Halloween Decor Is All About Pumpkins in Different Shades

Martha Stewart’s Halloween decor has pumpkins in different shapes and shades and sits cozy on her front porch. Stewart recently shared an image of her spooky season preparations on Instagram, using produce from her own vegetable garden. Several users left their thoughts about the decoration, calling it “beautiful,” “welcoming,” “cozy,” and even “nostalgic.”

Martha Stewart adds a personal touch to her Halloween decor

Martha Stewart’s Halloween decor, comprising pumpkins in different shapes, shades, and sizes is the perfect recipe for fall. Stewart primarily used pumpkins, which she grew in her vegetable garden, for the decorations and later shared a glimpse with her followers on Instagram. She aligned her homegrown, colorful produce on both sides of her front entrance. The pumpkins in red, pink, brown, green, and orange shades look vibrant (some even weirdly shared and textured) on the cemented porch, complementing well the autumn colors.

In the caption of her Halloween decor photo, Martha Stewart says, “It’s starting to look a lot like Halloween!!!” By this, she refers to Michael Bublé’s famous Holiday season song, “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” She also added, “Pumpkins from the garden!!!” and urged users to take a look at “what I grew this year on” her farm account. In addition, the 83-year-old shared a detailed description of what she harvested this year just in time for fall on her farm blog account.

Later, Martha Stewart released a blog on her official website, cautioning others about three lawn-ruining Halloween decorations. The famous TV personality believes fog and dry ice machines are “detrimental to the health of your lawn.” According to her, inflatables “can kill your grass or leave dark brown spots and patches that are difficult to recover from.” Moreover, heavy decorations such as statues cause “tremendous damage to your lawn if placed on the grass for long periods due to their heavy weight.”

Thus, “The Martha Stewart Show” star elucidates from her Halloween decor that she is mindful of her lawn and its health.
