If we were in Pete Davidson’s shoes right now, we’d do everything we could to get away from Kanye West. Sure, Davidson is dating Ye’s aspiring ex-wife (who has been declared legally single but is far from settling the divorce) but the 28-year-old SNL actor doesn’t deserve the horrific harassment he’s suffered from the so-called born-again rapper (who is old enough to know better).
So it comes as little surprise that Davidson is reportedly making plans to take some space. Literally. According to Page Six, The King of Staten Island star is “close to signing a deal to join Jeff Bezos on a Blue Origin flight.”
Davidson visited the Amazon founder’s compound with Kardashian as recently as January to dine with Bezos and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Sanchez. It would seem they all hit it off.
“Pete is excited,” an anonymous source told Page Six. “They haven’t signed a contract yet, but it looks like it’s going to happen. The details are being finalized.”
Sounds like a plan. Just make sure to keep those details under wraps, Pete. You don’t want Ye trying to follow you into orbit. Talk about star wars!
